The Whirling Girlish 2013 Best of TV List

Here is a list (in no particular order) of shows available on Netflix and Hulu Plus that consumed my soul and distracted me too much in 2013. This year (and every year) is about those funny ladies, epic storylines, and female empowerment! Hands up for the good stuff.
